Have you ever tried to get more in shape or reach to an ideal weight? Many people did, including myself and some are trying for it right now. It is one important subject that worth giving some close attention. I want to add some more content to the previous posts here, particularly about body, weight and shape etc.
It is a proven scientific fact that our body is an energetic field, every cell of our body is alive and intelligent, our body is an extremely intelligent organism. We also know that our thoughts generated in the brain, which is composed of 100 billion nerve cells that transmit impulses through synapses. In other words, thoughts are electrochemical reactions, they are constantly impacting our bodies and the whole world as the bigger magnetic field.
For the purpose of this article, I would like to just focus on our body; if we want to be healthier and more in shape, of course we should watch for what we eat, its timing and our activity but that is not all, because we see that some people do all these but they don’t get the result they expect or they get temporary results and they go back to where they started after some time. So, what are the thoughts and words we are thinking and using around this topic. Let me be more specific; what are the most common words people use when they are working on such health plans?
- I need to lose weight….
- I should find about a nutrition regime
- I should be on a diet and as such……
I intend to talk about 3 important concepts around this topic:
1- What do we identify our bodies with? With its physical structure or its energetic field (it can be called its spiritual side too)? in fact the body is energy more than anything else, so we will impact it by the energy of our thoughts and words at every moment, keep in mind, we do not have the option of “Not Impacting” as long as we are alive, we are impacting ourselves and the world around us in some ways, productive way of destructive way, THE CHOICE is OURS!
2- Let’s go a little deep into the words we are using around this topic and check if they are expansive and empowering or they are disempowering and contractive?
- Lose <weight>: 1) be deprived of or cease to have or retain (something). 2) become unable to find (something or someone)
- Reduce <weight>: 1) make smaller or less in amount, degree, or size. 2) bring someone or something to (a lower or weaker state, condition, or role).
- Diet: Noun: 1) the kind of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats, 2) a special course of food to which one restricts oneself, either to lose weight or for medical reasons. Verb: restrict oneself to small amounts or special kinds of food in order to lose weight.
- Regimen: a prescribed course of medical treatment, way of life, or diet for the promotion or restoration of health.
As you see most of these words do not connote a positive or authoritative meaning in totality and do not seem to be expansive and as we saw in the previous post, in order to achieve anything that is not in the direction of the nature or better to say universe, it would require more energy, it is always more effective if we go with the natural flow of the universe in terms of our goals and plans. When I say I need to lose weight, losing and depriving is not a natural flow and I will not have the support of the universe, but if instead I say, I get to be more balanced, beautiful, fit or to be healthier and more in shape, these are all very expansive and empowering and I am complying to the universal laws, so I definitely have more support to achieve them. You probably have seen people with such wording, more efficient, healthier and fast in achieving results. It is the matter of our feeling and vibration regarding the whole process, so instead of focusing on that 10 pounds that we think we have to lose, we can focus on getting fitter by 2 sizes.
3- The last but not least point is about the kind of verbs we are using out loud or in mind, verbs like “want, should, have to, need to, try to etc…” articulating the sense of lack and scarcity which are neither expansive nor compliant to the law of abundance. Most importantly, they are not indicating any sense of authority. This is a general concept that most of leaders of the new though movement talked about it and they suggest using verbs like “ I get to, I choose, I would love, I decide for etc…” instead. This is applicable to all areas of life in general and not only the topic of weight and health since we want to increase our sense of authority and to become more and more aware of the fact that we are the one who are ruling our lives with our thoughts, feelings, vibration and of course by our decisions and actions.
Finally, our body as an intelligent organ, would know how we think about it, what is our message to our body on a regular basis? Our body is the temple of the soul, it is the most precious gift from the universe, it is at our service 24/7, the sacred machine that accommodates the soul. Whatever shape it has right now is the direct result of our day-to-day decisions on how to feed it, how to treat it, so we get to be kind and respectful to our bodies and always be grateful that it let the soul to live in it, allowing us to go through life and having our wonderful journey on Earth.
Once we become more aware of the laws of the universe and use them consciously, we notice they work to our interest more and more and we don’t have to struggle for our desired results.
Be always aware of the magic of the thoughts and words you are thinking and using, because they work for us anyhow, so let’s get wiser and use them in the direction of our desired outcomes! As said earlier, THE CHOICE IS OURS!
